Since I started my own blog in training for the whw (West Highland Way) race in 2006 I have also enjoyed following other runners blogs.

So I decided to put them all together in this blog so I can see who has updated.

If you know of any other running blogs that would interest me please let me know (leave a comment or email jkynaston@bigfoot.com) and I'll add them to my list!

I also have done a similar blog roll for whw blogs.
